Andeco has adopted reputable Management Systems, the importance of which can be described as follows:
Industrial Relations Policy - Fundamental industrial tool to create and maintain a good working relationship with the Trade Union Movement and a guide for reciprocal understanding of rights and obligations. The Policy is compatible with the recommendations of the Industrial Commission (Deputy Chief Justice Williams) and can ensure the correct administration of the Enterprise Agreement by the Head Contractor and its Sub-contractors.
Occupational Health & Safety Policy - This document has been professionally developed in accordance with the OH&S Act 1985 Rev 1998 and all current Safety Regulations and Codes of Conduct. From our Policy, we have prepared a Safety Manual for Building Sites which in many occassions has been examined by WORKSAFE Authorities who have endorsed it. Presently, it is not conceivable to manage a building project without a detailed, reputable OH&S Plan endorsed by the Authorities.
Project Management - This document provides an insight of the building site Management Structure (including tasks, control methods, Organization chart, responsibilities, personnel and staff development). This information is particularly useful when the Builder is not known to the Consulting Team/Owner and offers the opportunity to make a theoretical assessment of its Management system.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control Plan - This is a fundamental tool to ensure that the design intent is achieved at the work face. Precise procedures are outlined as how to exercise control on the Sub-contractors and the rectification of defective, non conforming work.
Planning and Programming - The Programming chapter relates to the preparation of the construction programme, its implementation and reporting. The Planning chapter consists of design management, procurement and other obligations and site duties including auditing and final review.
